I'd like to tell you about a story that was printed in this store today so that people who would be getting service from this business would not have to do the same kind of disrespect they did to me. I had a key copied for them. The key didn't open the door. It wasn't made to fit. I told them very politely that the key didn't fit my door, I wanted it changed. The employee or the owner (I don't know) came out to me with a nasty, rude tone of voice saying, "That's how I do it". I thought that sometimes the key that didn't fit the door, that's how it did it (because the keys are there to squeeze the door). I didn't just replace the key (if it does) with a disrespectful one that was wrong. It was as if I had a tattoo on my back. You should be able to get the key from the service provider or not and everyone can see the service, but you can't understand the disrespectful situation. I'd like to say, "I know you're doing something wrong, even when you're making a mistake".
